Unauthorised Transactions
Any transaction suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be investigated and may result in the account being suspended and the balance withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. wow888 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

In circumstances where service is interrupted due to factors beyond our control — such as internet infrastructure outages or natural disasters — wow888 will not be liable for any losses incurred by users.
Wow888's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the wow888 platform — including designs, logos, text, images, software code, and other written materials — is the exclusive property of wow888 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from wow888.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

Wow888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- The user is in breach of any term in this document.
- The user is found to be operating more than one account.
- Suspected activity involving fraud or money laundering.
- The user provided false information during registration or verification.
- The user is using unauthorised software or methods to access or manipulate the platform.
To close an account at your own request, contact the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Requests will be processed within seven (7) business days once all active bets have been settled and there are no outstanding disputes.
Changes to Terms
Wow888 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the wow888 platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the wow888 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, both parties agree to refer the matter to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
